Consultancy made by students for microbusinesses in process optimisation and standardisation.

After success pays off, my first fashion startup, I decided to start a consultancy together with some coursemates addressing microbusinesses. In our market research, we found out that many craftsmen are too busy with operational tasks, that they have no time to think about process optimisation. On the other hand, we have automobile retailers, of which retailers type in all the details of cars manually and wasting time with paperwork. That could be easily overcome with a standardised form and a database of the fleet.

We will try in the upcoming weeks to get to microbusinesses by addressing this problem and offer solution services.

I have tomorrow an assessment centre at Oscar to become a consultant in the organisation, which I could do as an internship in the upcoming weeks, after my course at Volkswagen, to understand the work environment and adapt this into my business model.
