It has been a while since my last post. Which had multiple reasons, but the most significant is that I have a full-time job at Daimler Financial Services (soon: Daimler Mobility Services). The transition into the new environment required some time to settle in and adapt to the new environment, but so far I have been working with many inspirational, hard-working and fun colleagues who are the real engine of the core business.
First things first, I have moved to Berlin around 3 weeks ago. Not the greatest time to live here as in winter it gets dark around 4pm and with my 9-hours at work, there is not much to see from the daylight outside. However, I have experienced this city from the most inspiring perspectives that have been broadening my horizon into new areas of interests.
There is so much to say about my new projects, which is also connected to my last trip to New York City a couple weeks back. I will get in detail in the upcoming weeks about it. I feel energised and go through a personal change, that focuses on dealing with novelty. Once in a time, I feel the need to challenge my routines that shift my mindset into a phase or reprioritising and resetting my principles on work; life and personality.
I find this very important as it helps me to reflect and improve on aspects or reactions I feel insecure and inexperienced.
