In the time period of the 19-22. Feb. I’ve visited Germany for my first DSP training called Start with success. The location was different to any other training in Laemmerbuckel, conducted in Stuttgart. It was one-day training on Tuesday, I flew back on Saturday and used the remaining time to stay with my family. Unfortunately, at this time many people got a cold or flew, so am I. The flight back, I realised it getting worse. Without seeing a doctor on the weekend, I went Monday off to some appointments at Daimler Financial Services. With a lot of distance to other people, I first met my mentor, a highflying project manager with an impressive CV and great personality. Ironically, he got as well a flew so we could already understand each other on that level.
Afterwards, I met my HR advisor, who is a very open-minded and friendly personality, of which I feel safe and could ask any questions I had. We talked a lot about the Trainee-program, and she also has shown interest in WAKA Fruits. We had a great talk.
After the meeting I went to see a doctor, it was an intense day physiologically exhausting.
The following day was the training, it was great seeing the organiser after over a year. I had a lot of pleasure, and personally, it was helpful regarding the preparation of an assessment centre. I am asking if this is still the comparable to the new Traineeprogramm.
In the evening directly after my workshop, I spent my time with my previous internship and working student advisors. We had dinner and talked until midnight, and I went home. I had to catch up a flight at 6am back to Newcastle.
