On last Friday I officially completed my 100h-internship. I have to say, working in a future-tech startup is fantastic! The drive and scalability allow so many opportunities to develop a product that reaches the life of billions overnight. It remembers me to a book I have read called ‘Big bang disruption’. The fantastic thing is, Equiwatt provides a clean energy solution and contributes to the overall reduction of CO2 emissions.

The working environment is excellent, I see the passion of the founders every day, and the desire for making the lives of billions better is inspiring. This ‘born-global’ startup has the potential to disrupt the energy markets and is almost there.

Working with Johnson and Ravneet allow me to learn a lot about being an Entrepreneur. Sharing the same mindset, going the extra mile even on weekends or through nights or having a positive mindset is unbelievably powerful.

It’s such an amount of tacit knowledge I can transfer to any work environment I will operate. Also, my task environment has been very diverse. For instance, from creating marketing content, through designing and initiating strategy documents to finalising the business plan and making Equiwatt GDPR compliant. The responsibility and trust the team put in me are enormous and energised to learn more from the everyday business within Equiwatt.

They are pleased with my work and asked me to continue. I like the product and will support as much as they need to get the trial successfully initiated. I am looking forward to being part of the success story.
