I have shared a contact I made back in September 2015 with an HR-recruiter at the IAA exhibition. Back then, I didn’t expect that this conversation would change my life and the followed path of my career.

Today, after almost 3 years, I am ever grateful for this contact. Because, my connection turned into my Global Talent Scout, coach, mentor, friend and motivator. She has supported me to create an astonishing bonding with the Daimler AG, which resulted in a bunch of activities as a part of the interpersonal relationship. Besides, I have been prepared for the one thing I wanted the most. Starting a career at this company at the edge of disruption and impacting the business model of future mobility.

Now, after 3 years and a lot of preparation, I have reached this point. I will start my career with the INspire Trainee programme at Daimler Financial Services and are empowered to push my boundaries to a new hight. This is my opportunity to combine my passion for Entrepreneurship and automotive disruption in a corporate environment by introducing my mobility of tomorrow.
