After being already 3-month in my new role as an INspire Trainee, I officially had the kickoff for the programme with my fellow trainee colleagues.

The reason why we had our official kickoff this week is due to the flexible entry date for our trainee programme. Some of the colleagues started already in October while others have started in February.

Being part of this programme and group is a huge opportunity to learn, make and push ideas into actions on a fast scale within the organisation.

If I have to describe the group, I’d say it the unity of diversity that is our strongest asset. I am very excited about the upcoming months and my personal development.
