While I am reading my aims for 2020, I was more than certain that this year would be different and unforeseen year with the pandemic. Especially, as it is an global pandemic I haven’t experienced such a volatile environment.
In terms of my career aims, I found a final department and my first in the area of digitalisation. In reflection, it is meeting all my expectations as I set up the foundations of having an environment, that supports my personal development and expertise. With the aim to develop my skillsets for the future of the industry.
Academic progress have reduced due to the pandemic and limited access to resources. It will however will become an aim for the upcoming year.
Mentoring is a core attribute in my life. Therefore, I want to foster this more with people outside the company to guide and help others to self-reflect to pursue a career aligned with their personality and values. I have increased this path by interacting with more people in personal and career ways, which put me further into a direction to consider life coaching as an potential personal development.
My private projects requires a restructure, depending on the resource allocation in the concepts. This will help to concentrate on tasks and outsource deliverables to specialists. The aim for this year will be defining a MVP. The current focus remains on the life coaching path with an accredited certificate.
